What evidence can you use?
You'll need to upload one of the following as proof of your place of study and the course you're due to start:
- A letter or email confirming your enrolment date
- An unconditional offer letter
- A screenshot of your student portal showing your details and the course you're due to start

Head to TOTUM application portal and choose the confirm using a document option.
Important: Make sure your name, place of study, and either a recent issue date or your course dates are clearly visible. We can't confirm your account without these details.
