I Paid For A 2/3 Year TOTUM Card But Only Received A 1 year ISIC/IYTC/ITIC Card

The following applicant types will receive a virtual ISIC, IYTC, or ITIC card which can be found in the wallet section of the TOTUM app.

6^th form, college or university students = ISIC

National Education Union (NEU) members = ITIC

Any other TOTUM+ members aged 35 or under = IYTC

These cards are provided free of charge for 1 year with your TOTUM+ membership. If you'd like to extend your card after the 12 months have expired, you can renew it directly with ISIC here: https://uk2-online.aliveplatform.com/ordering/card-type-selection?
