Once you have submitted your application it instantly enters an automated production cycle, meaning it is not possible to cancel an order.

As TOTUM cards are personalised products, they are non-refundable. This is covered in our t&c's here.

"All products containing Personal Identifiable Information or PII, any data that can be used to clearly identify an individual like name, surname, photo and other, are treated as personalised products and therefore are non-refundable."

However, it is possible for us to update/correct information on your current account if you have made a mistake.
