To upgrade to a TOTUM + ID card you will need to download the TOTUM app, login with your TOTUM account, and follow the directions from the profile screen.
Once you’ve completed your upgrade order you will have 14 days to complete your PASS proof of age application (via the TOTUM app) and we’ll send you your new TOTUM + ID card in 5-7 working days.
