If you would like to delete your TOTUM account please log in to the TOTUM app, select settings and then the 'Delete Account' option as shown below. Once you have submitted your request your account and all details held will be deleted from our records within 14 days.
If you do not have access to the TOTUM app please email dpc@onevoicedigital.com directly with your request. Please ensure you contact us from the email address that you registered your TOTUM account with so we can locate your account.
Once your request has been received by the DPC team, your profile and all data stored will be deleted within 1 month.
Please note by submitting a deletion request to the above address any OneVoice Digital accounts registered under the email address you have contacted us from will be deleted. This includes any TOTUM or NUS Extra accounts.
