Your membership card should arrive within 1 week of your order being placed.
Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address; you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.
However, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your card to arrive; if your card hasn't arrived within 21 days of purchase please submit a support ticket above so one of our team can assist.
