TOTUM+ cards typically arrive within 1 week of your order being finalised. If you selected to include PASS ID, please ensure you complete the verification process, this is required before we can post your card out!
Occasionally there are delays in the post, so please allow a full 21 days before reporting non receipt of your card.
Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address; you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.
Don't forget, you can access your digital TOTUM+ card and TOTUM offers directly in the TOTUM app in the meantime.
