Your card should usually arrive within 10 working days from when you placed your order.


If your card hasn’t arrived after 14 days please email us at help@totum.com

Please note: Due to current workplace restrictions and possible delays in the postal service, delivery of TOTUM cards may take longer than we are used to. Please allow a full 14 days for your card to arrive. Don't forget, you can access a digital version of your TOTUM card and all of our offers directly in the TOTUM app whilst you wait!
