Your membership card should arrive within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address, you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.

We ask to allow up to 14 days before your card is reported as not received. This allows for any unforeseen delays in the mail. If your card has not arrived after 14 days please submit a support ticket using the option above and one of our support team will be able to assist you further.

Don't forget you can access your digital TOTUM card and all online offers right away through the TOTUM app! Simply login with your registered email address and password to activate your membership and start saving!
