Your membership card should arrive within 1 week of your order being placed. 

Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address; you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.


However, we ask that you allow up to 21 days for your card to arrive at this time of year, allowing for potential postal delays during the festive period. If your card hasn't arrived within 21 days of purchase please submit a support ticket above so one of our team can assist.
