Your card should usually arrive within 10 working days from when you placed your order. Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address, you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.

If your card hasn’t arrived after 14 days please create a ticket to let us know HERE

When submitting your ticket please reconfirm your address and if any changes need to be made to the original address you selected.
