When will my TOTUM Card Arrive?

Your card should usually arrive within 10 working days from when you placed your order. Your card will be sent to your chosen delivery address, you can check this on the 'track your card' section of your TOTUM profile.


Over the coming weeks Royal Mail and Communication Workers Union (CWU) have strikes planned which will impact our usual delivery timeframe, for this reason we ask to allow up to 21 days for your card to arrive, before reporting it lost in the post. If your card hasn’t arrived after 21 days please create a ticket to let us know HERE.

When submitting your ticket please reconfirm your address and if any changes need to be made to the original address you selected.


Lastly, don't forget you can access your digital card and online offers in the TOTUM app as soon as your order is placed, as long as you have selected the home delivery option.
