If you have received a marketing email and wish to unsubscribe, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can also login to the TOTUM app, navigate to the Profile section, select Settings and then Email preferences where you can opt-out of specific types of marketing emails and notifications.

If you have received a service related email (such as an account renewal reminder) then this type of communication can only be opted out of by deleting your current account. If you would like to delete your current TOTUM/NUS extra account then please email dpc@onevoicedigital.com with your account deletion request. Please note once a TOTUM account has been deleted it will no longer be possible to redeem the offers provided.
