If you have received a marketing email and wish to unsubscribe, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You can also login to the TOTUM app, navigate to the Profile section, select Settings and then Data preferences where you can opt-out of specific types of marketing emails and notifications.
If you have received a service-related email (such as an account renewal reminder) then this type of communication can only be opted out of by deleting your current account.
