I’ve Ordered TOTUM + ID but Don’t Have a Smartphone

Our proof of age ID application is only available via the TOTUM app.

If you don’t own an iOS or Android smartphone then you could borrow a smartphone from a friend or family member to perform the application. Once successfully completed you shouldn’t need to use a smartphone again to make the most of your TOTUM + ID card, we will send you your physical card and you can access online discounts via the website.

If you ordered a TOTUM + ID bundle with proof of age added for FREE but don’t own or have access to a smartphone, we will send you a standard TOTUM card without proof of age ID.
