You can find the expiry date on the front of your TOTUM card (virtual or physical). It will be valid for 1, 2 or 3 years depending on the length of time you purchased for.
We will be in touch before your card is due to expire to remind you of its expiry and invite you to renew.
Renewals of your TOTUM card can be made within 120 days or less of the current expiry date or once your card has expired.
