Once you've received your account details, you can now start generating cashback by following this guide;

1) Load up

You may have already made an initial £10 activation top-up, if you did this will be loaded to you account within 7 days of completing step 2 listed below. You can also add additional funds to shop with directly from your account at any time: TOTUM Cashback Card

2) Add to your digital wallet

The TOTUM Cashback card is digital, so you will need to add it to your phone's digital wallet for in-store purchases. You can also use your cashback card details for online shopping.

Apple
1) Log in to your account at TOTUM Cashback Card , select 'Your Card', and copy your card details.
2) Add your card to your Apple Wallet by following the steps here (only visible when logged into the Pluxee app).
3) Your virtual Cashback card is now active and available in your mobile wallet.
4) Use your digital card online or in-store to earn Cashback with our retail partners.

Android
1) Log in to your account at TOTUM Cashback Card , select 'Your Card', and copy your card details.
2) Add your card to your Google Wallet by following the steps here (only visible when logged into the Pluxee app).

3) Earn when you spend

With the first 2 steps complete, you can now use your digital TOTUM Cashback card in-store or online for payment. Any payments made to a TOTUM Cashback retail partner will automatically generate cashback on your account, this will typically clear into your cashback account within 5 - 7 days, you'll see this in the balance and statement section on the cashback website and app.
