Once you've received your account details, follow the steps below to start using your card and earning cashback.
Your initial £10 activation top-up is added to your card as spendable balance after activation. It isn't a fee and the money remains yours to spend.
You can add more money whenever you need it through the TOTUM Cashback Card portal.
Your TOTUM Cashback card is digital. To activate it for in-store purchases, sign in to the TOTUM Cashback Card portal, select Your Card and copy the card details.

Good to know: the wallet instructions are only visible when you're signed in to the Pluxee website.
Use your TOTUM Cashback card as the payment method with a participating TOTUM Cashback retailer.
- In-store: pay using the card in your mobile wallet.
- Online: pay using your digital card details.
Eligible cashback is generated automatically and typically clears into your account within 5 to 7 days. You can check it in the balance and statement section of the cashback website or app.
