When will I receive my sign in details?
Once your TOTUM Cashback account has been created, Pluxee will send you a welcome email within 3 working days. This email confirms your username and includes a link to set your password.

You can reset your sign in details at any time directly on the TOTUM Cashback login page or through the Pluxee app:
Tip: If you've registered within the last 3 working days, your account may still be being set up. Check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for your welcome email from Pluxee before requesting a password reset.
