To activate your account, you will be sent a unique ‘user code’ and ‘passcode’. E.g. 2007654 and 4824.

When you enter those details to log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password to something more secure and memorable.

These codes will have been emailed to you by Pluxee, the cashback service provider. If you cannot find the email please call (01908 303 488) and you will be resent the codes.

Please save your unique 'usercode' and the new password you have set to login to the Pluxee app, or website to access your account going forward.
