Once your TOTUM Cashback account has been registered at https://cashback.totum.com/, you will receive a welcome email from our partners, Pluxee, within three working days, containing your unique username.
Your TOTUM Cashback username will be a 7-digit code (not the email address you use for the TOTUM+ membership). You can use it to log into the TOTUM Cashback website or the Pluxee UK Card app to access your cashback account.
