If you selected to have your card posted to your place of study, you will need to activate your card before being provided access to TOTUM offers.
Once you have collected your card please login to the TOTUM app and select the 'Activate Now' option on your profile page - enter your card number here and your account will activate providing access to our full range of offers.
If you see a request to verify, instead of an activation request please double check you have logged in with the correct email address registered to your recent application. If you have logged into the correct account but are still being asked to verify please let our support team know by creating a ticket and we will look into this right away for you.
