Can I Change my Delivery Address?

Once your order has been placed it enters an automated production cycle which prevents us from changing the selected delivery address.


If you have inadvertently selected the incorrect address you can order a replacement card by logging into your account at totum.com and selecting the replacement option at the bottom of your profile page.
