As of 29/7/24 all TOTUM+ members aged 18+ now receive TOTUM Cashback free of charge with their membership! The TOTUM Cashback card is digital and can be accessed with the details we email to you once your cashback account is approved.

As long as you entered your billing address and mobile number when registering your TOTUM+ membership you will receive a welcome email containing details to access your account within 3 working days. 


Please note - if our support team are unable to verify your name and billing address automatically, they may contact you to request further info before approving your TOTUM Cashback account. That email will come from our TOTUM Cashback support team at Pluxee.
