If Your Card has Been Lost or Damaged:

To order a replacement card log into your account and select "MY PROFILE"

Then click on the "Need to replace your card" link;

 

 

You will then be able to purchase your replacement card;

 


Please note: Replacement cards can only be ordered through the website, and not via the TOTUM App.


Stolen Cards

To report a stolen card, please email help@totum.com with the crime reference number and your address details.
