My Card has Been Lost/Stolen, How Can I Get a Replacement Card?

Lost or Damaged Cards


If your TOTUM card has been lost or damaged you can order a replacement card by following the steps below;

Log into your account and select "MY PROFILE"



 

    2. Next scroll to the bottom of your profile page and select the "Need to replace your card" link as shown below;

    3. On the final step you will see a summary of the card you are replacement and the address your card will be posted to. You can now finalise the order and pay the replacement card fee of £5.


Please note: Replacement cards can only be ordered through the website, and not via the TOTUM App.





Stolen Cards


If your card has been stolen we are able to issue a free replacement card, if provided with a valid crime reference number. To report a stolen card, please email help@totum.com with the crime reference number and your address details.
