Check whether your organisation should be registered with TOTUM and what to do if you can't find it.
If your organisation matches one of the eligible categories below and is based in the UK, it should be available in the TOTUM application.
1Check your organisation type
UK organisations in the following categories should be registered with TOTUM:
- Sixth form, college or university
- Professional or online course provider
- Professional body, chartered institute, royal society, trade union or similar membership organisation
- Apprenticeship provider (search for your training provider, not your employer)
- Government-run public sector organisation
2Try these search tips
- Use your organisation's official name and check for spelling mistakes.
- If you're studying at a university or college, search for the institution rather than the students' union.
- If you're part of a college group, try both the individual college name and the group name.
- If you're an apprentice, search for your training provider rather than your employer.
3Request an organisation to be added
If you still can't find your organisation, complete the organisation request form. We'll respond with an update within three working days.
Don't forget: If you're an apprentice, you'll need to search for your training provider, not your place of work. This is the most common reason an organisation can't be found.
