Once an order is submitted your card enters an automated production cycle and we are unable to cancel production.

However once you have received your card, if you would like to cancel your membership and receive a full refund just send a photo of your card cut in quarters to help@totum.com


Please note, as per our terms and conditions, we are only able to issue a refund if the card has not been used and you send a photo of the destroyed card requesting refund within 14 days of purchase.
