TOTUM has a range of options for you to confirm your membership for your selected organisation or community. Depending on the organisation you’re joining through, you will see at least two of the following options;
- Confirm using Sign In - Sign in to your organisation's website to confirm your membership.
- Confirm using email address - Confirm using the email address given to you by your organisation.
- Confirm using document - Upload a document confirming you are a current member of your organisation. We accept a range of evidence, just ensure you upload documentation that includes the information detailed on the FAQ linked to help us confirm your membership promptly.
- Confirm using code - Some organisations issue their members with verification codes. If you have been provided with a code please enter it on this option, if you've not been provided with a code please use an alternative option.
