Important points to note are;


- The verification process can only be completed in the TOTUM app on an Android or Apple device

- The verification process needs to be completed by the PASS ID applicant so we can verify they are the same person shown on the driving license or passport that is uploaded.

- Your passport or UK-issued driving license must be in-date or expired within the past 3 years to be accepted.
