I Paid for a 2/3 year TOTUM Card but only Received a 1 year ISIC/IYTC/ITIC card

The following applicant types will receive a virtual ISIC, IYTC or ITIC card which is available in the wallet section of the ISIC app.

6^th form, college or university students = ISIC

National Education Union (NEU) members = ITIC

Any other TOTUM+ members aged 35 or under = IYTC
