Email address isn't being accepted


If your student email address is not being accepted for verification then it is possible that we may need to update. First check you have definitely entered the correct place of study that you currently attend and then ensure you have typed your email address accurately. If it's still not working please let us know by creating a support ticket here


Email address is accepted, but I don't receive the verification email

If you have entered your academic email address for verification, but not yet received an email back from us then please first check your junk/spam folders.
