If your TOTUM card was posted to your home address then it will already be activated. You can log in to your account right away at totum.com or on the TOTUM app, to start benefitting from our offers! If you have logged in and it's asking you to verify again please double check you have logged in with the same email address used to register with.

If you have selected organisation delivery you will need to activate the card in your app once you have collected it from your place of study.

To-Do This;

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Tap activate card
  3. Enter your card number when prompted

Activating your card will allow you to access all the discounts in the app, use the digital cards in the wallet and receive the vouchers for purchasing your TOTUM SMART membership. Until you have activated you won’t be able to do any of these things. We ask you to activate your card because we want to know that the right person has received it, and sometimes we use it as a way of verifying that you’re a student. However, if you need to, you can use your card in-store prior to activating – this includes swiping the card at Co-op for 10% off!
