Organisations with Access Codes

We’ve changed the way our Access Codes work and which website you need to use.

Unfortunately this means you need a new Access Code, to obtain a new Code please contact your Access Code issuer – usually your professional learner place of study and request a new one.

Once you’ve been issued with your new Code, head over to: TOTUM PRO

Add your personal details and when prompted pop your new Access Code in and select one of the membership options.

Electronic issuing of codes from Organisation website

Your organisation may now issue codes electronically. In this instance you will need to enter your place of study on the sign up page, and you will be prompted to enter a 5 digit verification code. To generate your verification code, go to your place of study's website, log in and then select the 'Get your TOTUM card' option.

Once we’ve taken payment and your details, it’ll take 5-7 working days for your physical card to be delivered – but don’t forget you can start saving money instantly by downloading the TOTUM app or visiting www.totum.com to access your amazing branded discounts and offers.

  • Still no Totum card, 2 months, Georgia from Totum Support has not helped, neither Ryan who I spoke to on the phone, even after giving all neccessary details and feedback, following the necessary steps or procedures online via laptop(totum website) or your app which is not mobile friendly.
