We send you a verification email for two reasons:
- In the app to confirm you have access to your registered email address
- In the app and on the web to verify your academic email address
The link only works once.
If it fails it might be because you've clicked it more than once, or perhaps the link was opened if your email was scanned by your spam filter. Please mark the sender as safe and try to register again using the same email.
If you need TOTUM to resend the email open the app, tap 'Start over' or 'Join', enter your email again and submit.
Sometimes the email arrives while you are submitting a new request. If you get out of sync like this please wait one or two minutes to be sure the link you are clicking is the most recent one emailed to you.
Remember! You need to click the link from your mobile phone as it opens the TOTUM app; it won't work from your laptop or computer!
