Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go back to the log in page in the TOTUM app or on totum.com.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Click on forgot password.
- You will then be sent an email with a link.
- Click the link on the same device to reset your password.
- If you do not have access to that email address on that device, you can try forwarding the email to another email address which you can access on that device.
- After clicking the link you will be prompted to set a new password
If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with, please contact support by clicking on Raise a Ticket above.
