If you have a valid card but your app isn’t recognising it, try these steps:
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the app from the app store
- Open the app
- Go to the Profile
- Tap ‘Already have a card’
This will check to see if there is another account which is using your email address (you can check which email address by looking on the Profile in the app). If a SMART account is found, it will be linked and the app will now reflect the correct membership status.
