I paid for a three-year card but only received a one-year ISIC card

It might be that you are looking at the wrong side of the card, with every TOTUM card we include a free one year ISIC card, so firstly check you are looking at the black or pink side of the card not the blue side. If it still looks like you have the wrong expiry date please get in touch via the contact page.
