Why is my place of study blank?

This could be one of two things:

The institution you registered with no longer meets our requiremtnts for veryfing you as a student so we have had to remove them from our app.

Also, we currently have a problem where if you register online your place of study isn’t populating in the app. We are working to fix this at the moment. If you have registered online, please try logging out and in again.
