I've not received my verification email

We send you a verification email for two reasons:

  1. In the app to confirm you have access to your registered email address
  2. In the app and on the web to verify your academic email address

Please remember to check your junk folder.

If all students at your place of study have the same problem, your internet provider may be blocking our emails. Please ask your IT support to check.
