How do I access my account?

If you ordered your card online, head over to our discounts section and sign in with your email address and password

Word to the wise, if you entered your email address incorrectly when you placed your card order, you must use the same email address. Don’t worry, once you’ve signed in the first time you can amend your details in the 'My Account' section of the website.

If you ordered your card through the TOTUM app, login to the app using the same email address and password you used when you first registered on the app.

If you have forgotten your password please select the sign in option and click ‘Reset password’ – Please note this password will not correspond to the TOTUM app.

If you purchased your card directly from your place of study you will receive a welcome email, once you recieve this please set your password using the ‘reset password’ link.

    I wanted a replacement for a stolen card - the system is not making it easy. How do I go about doing that?

  • I am trying to log in, I cannot sign up as my email address is already registered but when I go to log in it says my details are incorrect despite me changing my password three times today so I know for a fact my details are correct.

  • I have the same problem as Jeanette above. I am unable to get any of the offers on the website and can only get offers in the shops. The old NUS card worked fine. Please answer so I can log-in to my Totum account.

  • I have the same problem..never had an issue with my nus card but I can't log in with my new card...tells me I'm not registered and I've also changed my password a couple of times
