If you have bought a TOTUM card but you’re unable to access the digital TOTUM card within the Wallet of the app, you may need to link your card. You can do this by following these steps:
- Make sure you have the most recent version of the app from the app store
- Open the app
- Go to the Profile
- Tap ‘Already have a card’
This will check to see if there is another account which is using your email address (you can check which email address by looking on the Profile in the app). If a SMART account is found, it will be linked and you will now be able to see the digital TOTUM card in the Wallet.
