My card has been lost/stolen, how can I get a replacement card?

If your card has been lost or damaged

To order a replacement card log into your account at www.TOTUM.com and select "MY PROFILE"

Then click on the "Need to replace your card" link;

 

 

You will then be able to purchase your replacement card;

 

Please note: Replacement cards can only be ordered through the website, and not via the TOTUM App.

Stolen Cards

To report a stolen card, please email help@totum.com with the crime reference number and your address details.
